1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MintMetric ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MintMetric is a mobile application for tracking precious metals holdings. It provides portfolio management, real-time spot prices, melt value calculations, and data export functionality.

3. Not Financial Advice

MintMetric is an informational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Spot prices are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Spot Price Disclaimer

Spot prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party data providers and are provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Spot prices are for reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions.

5. User Accounts & Data

The free tier requires no account. Your data is stored locally on your device, and you are solely responsible for backing up your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or APIs
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use automated systems to excessively query our spot price API

7. Pricing & Purchases

Free tier: Free forever. We will never put existing free features behind a paywall.

Pro (auto-renewing subscription):Unlocks unlimited photos per holding, insurance PDF export, historical spot price charts, bulk CSV/Excel import, tax-lot reports, PCGS & NGC cert lookup, encrypted sync, and cloud backup.

• Monthly: $4.99 per month.
• Annual: $39.99 per year.

7-day free trial: both plans offer a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price above unless you cancel before then. Trial eligibility is determined by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, not by us — if the store determines you have already used a trial for MintMetric Pro, you will be charged immediately with no trial period. The app shows you which applies before you confirm the purchase.

Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — and at the end of any free trial — until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and we cannot cancel it for you.

Prices are shown in US dollars; the amount you are charged is the price displayed by your app store in your local currency at the time of purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

Retired tiers: encrypted sync and cloud backup are included in Pro. The separate Sync and Supporter tiers, and the one-time Pro unlock previously described here, have been retired and are no longer sold.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

How to cancel. Your subscription is billed by the app store, so it can only be cancelled there — we have no ability to cancel it for you:

• iOS: open your App Store subscription settings, select MintMetric, then cancel — Apple's instructions.
• Android: open your subscriptions in the Google Play app, select MintMetric, then tap Cancel subscription — Google's instructions.

Cancelling during the free trial. Cancel before the 7-day trial ends and you will not be charged. You keep Pro access for the remainder of the trial. If the trial ends without cancellation, it converts to a paid subscription automatically. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the trial or the subscription.

Refunds. Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google per their respective store policies. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.

9. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into MintMetric. We claim no rights to your portfolio data, transaction history, or personal information.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintMetric and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on spot price data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to paid features if you violate these terms. Your locally stored data will remain accessible regardless of account status.

14. App Store Terms

Apple App Store.If you downloaded MintMetric from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your licence to and use of the App. These Terms separately govern your MintMetric account, subscription, data, and use of services provided by Nimbus Foundry, LLC; they do not replace Apple's Standard EULA. Nimbus Foundry, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the MintMetric service and its content under these Terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using MintMetric.

Google Play. If you obtained MintMetric from the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Nimbus Foundry, LLC, not Google, is responsible for the MintMetric service and its content.

15. Contact

Licensor.MintMetric is licensed to you, not sold, by Nimbus Foundry, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Nimbus Foundry," "we," "us"). These Terms are an agreement between you and Nimbus Foundry, LLC.
